We Recycle Most Appliances

Appliance recycling is $15 per item. Please check-in at the main office for assistance.

Appliance recycling is the process of dismantling waste home appliances and scrapping their parts for reuse. When appliances are recycled, they can be looked upon as valuable resources.

All refrigerant-containing appliances must have verification from a certified technician that the proper evacuation of CFCs has occurred. This requirement is in accordance with the 1990 Clean Air Act which recognized the impact of CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons) to the ozone layer of the atmosphere.

Overton Recycling will pick up your appliance waste.

We have 2 Pick Up Options:
~ We can leave a small pickup trailer then swap them out when full
~ OR we can come and load your appliances.

After being called for a pick-up, we pride ourselves on being able to schedule within a couple days.
